What does 'Tuscan Style' mean to you?

West Jordan, UT

I have a devil of a time posting a thread. For whatever reason, I always think it posted and it didn't so I hope with this second attempt I'm not repeating myself.

In any case, what do you envision when you hear 'tuscan style'? For me, it would be lots of color and texture and plants that blur into each other- no space between them. Large containers. A large clay pot type water feature. Hardscape elements which might usually be formal (brick) used in an imperfect way. Flagstones with cracks. Lots of warm tones and colors. Black wrought iron perhaps. What about you? What elements have I missed? Have I mentioned something you don't think fits?
