Don't know what it is but it certainly is pretty! Is it a vine?

I don't think it is. It belongs to a friend of mine who sent the pictures to me and asking me to help ID it. It is a plant I know I should know what it is, but I can't put my finger on it.

Is it Balloon Flower (Platycodon grandiflorus)?

My ipomoea carnea doesn't do that twisty thing with the flowers... or maybe mine isn't ipomoea carnea?

Well, you know Nada I could be wrong, but it sure looks like it. Maybe she will be able to tell from the pictures.

Too funny, I kept thinking I should of known what it is. Yes, this is just like "MY" morning glory tree. Boy I tell you I am getting way too many plants for my 2 acres. JUST KIDDING! I still have at least an acre left that I can plant stuff in. What a vicious habit this can be. I really want one of everything.
Thanks gardeners for all of your help.
