My first guess is Neoregelia carolinae 'tricolor' also called Neoregelia Tricolor. In stronger light the variegation will turn pink and the leaves will be broader and shorter.

No, the original "tricolors" look very much like the top plant with striping but not margination. Neoregelias have been hybridized so vastly that it's quite difficult to know what you really have. The coloring and conformation also depend heavily on the growing conditions. Neoregelias like lots of light and humidity which I assume you have, but high night-time temperatures can cause the brilliant colors to fade.

My suggestion is only a guess.

Lovely pots - and so nice to be able to leave the plants outside all year.
I see what looks like a Billbergia about to bloom in between the two Neos.
