Night Blooming Cereus Question

Emory, TX(Zone 8a)

I have been given 4 or 5 cuttings of NBC and they are all rooted and doing well. I am considering potting them up all in one pot. would this be a mistake? I am plannig to put them on the patio which is in high shade (light sutiable for azaleas, and I also have a palm, coleus, asparagus fern, cane begonias, and lots of other things thrive there) Is that the right place for the NBC?

They like to be crowded and rootbound.

I thought so, but I didn't know if it needed to be one plant that is crowded by itself...

Both of my large ones have several plants in the pots.

ok, thanks!

Carol, they will likely grow at least twice as fast if planted together in a larger pot, this is how i root most all my cuttings!
