Help me find the ultimate Cherry Pie/Cobbler

My Uncle Charles is turning 90 July 12. Of course we're having a party for him....cake included...but what he REALLY wants is a cherry pie or cobbler. He loves them better than anything, and could care less about a cake.

I told him I'd make him one...and have decent enough recipes...but if anyone has a really special one...I'd love to try it out.

Let's see those recipes for my Uncle Charles!
