anyone else have peduncles starting on H. nummularioides?

Medford, NJ

Is this happening anywhere else, and is it me or is it soon for this? It is an end of the summer thing for this variety - I know there is one that blooms in August, but that is not the one I have. Yikes, could be global warming affects hoyas too!

Murrells Inlet, SC(Zone 8a)

I've got H. nummularioides,i've got the one Christine calls DK-2--aff.of H. nummularioides, I have the one that blooms with a yellow corona and I have another clone from a local nursery which looks identical to my orignal numm, but the later retains it's peduncles and I havent noticed any of them putting on new peduncles but I will check.

The one I bought locally still has all of its peduncles form last eyar so i'll check and see if maybe it's oushing buds. Nummularioides is not supposed to be blooming or making buds this time of year. If I remember right mine didnt begin to form buds last year until august or september.

It'll be intersedting to see what your plant does!!!
