This just bloomed I am not sure what it is and it is a deeper Red
I think that this is a Noid Maybe
Well I don't know what it is but it is a very pretty bloom.
I know it's a Streptocarpus, but have no idea which one. I am new to these Strep's and only have a few small ones which don't look so hot and one medium sized one, that looks great and is now blooming! Mine have all come from Generous DG'ers!
I just looked up the plant it is a streptocarpus called Christmas Morring It should bloom from May to winter cool I have a nave for 1 of my plants

It doesn't matter to me if they have a name...........I have never seen an ugly blooming strep!!! Yours is ever so pretty, dimmer!

Last spring I went to my First AV show but I was so disappointed nothing was left except this plant and a few small one 4 so I bought them all this is the first it bloom it was Mothers day because the ladys said we just need to get rid of the last 4 and we can stay home for Mothers days what a sales pitch for me as I am a mother I took them all and this is what I have the Christmas Morninig. II was far in Rockford IL Some day I hope to goto a real show well ok for now

Scroll down till you see 'Christmas Morning'. The description says yellow throat but the photo appears to have a white throat. In any case, it's pretty isn't it?
I am trying my first streps and using 1/2 perlite and 1/2 soil-less mix.....we shall see what happens
That is where I found the name there are pretty hope to get more. Well I just got a job today don't know for how long I will be Flagging Hopefuly its the rest of the year so I won't be on that much I will be so tired after 12 hours on my feet so Will talk with you all When I can, Good sign I will have money to buy more plants

Yes, Dimmer ... Good luck in your new job. Enjoy your work but always remember to take time for you .... so important! I haven't worked in 15 years but do remember the stresses of a full time job and looong hours! Try to drop by The Garden once in awhile to say hello and join in our plant talks!
