I have a stanley plum tree that has not produced yet, and am curious what a stanley taste like? All you people out their who have tasted a stanley plum, let me know your opinion. DM

Dig, a friend has one. He was getting very frustrated after 3 or 4 years and no fruit. Last year it started producing big time. There are more coming this season. They were small (he didn't thin them) but very pleasant tasting.
Be patient, lol.
