Crinums? Please post yours!

These x Amarcrinum and others in the ground, starting blooming about the 15th. Since I have a lot of these--this one I gave to my neighbors on May 15th. I don't do a lot of crinums, and most of the ones I do are the smaller species, which definitely aren't blooming yet.

But its been a very good year down here for all kinds of bulbs-- the ones that respond to rain, doing extremely well (Zephyranthes, Habranthes, Sprekelia, and now the hybrid crinums).

Color is holding well too this morning--it's been cool (for here anyway) and rainy. I hope this weather continues all summer in Houston!

Surely some of you have crinums starting to bloom? Please post yours!

We have rain here too, 9C today and it hasn't stopped raining!

I can only hope I get blooms this year on my C. x powelli, common but no-one really grows even those here. I got it last year cheap as a dry bulb, this year it looks BIG.

I have an Ellen Bosenquet and Summer Nocturne behind it, as well as some others, none anywhere near ready to bloom yet but they are making progress!

I am thrilled with big foliage at this moment!
