Several mornings ago I went to the garden and saw little brownish bugs/beetles crawling on and beneath my Blue Lake Bush Beans. Overnight they had eaten a lot of holes in the leaves. I went back later in the day to hand pick them off the plants and so far haven't seen another bug. They are, however, still eating the bean leaves. Today I put dishsoap and water solution on the plants and in the rows. Help in identifying this pest would be appreciated.
Question: what kind of bug eats only bush beans and not lima or pole beans?
