Does anyone know of a source? I see it's in PlantFiles, but apparently Reimer seed no longer carries it.

Candy stick carrot
Hi,
Reimer Seeds has Candy Stick Carrots on their web site.
Here's a link to them:

Thanks for the reply!
Unfortunately, Reimers is out of stock of 'Candy Stick' and has been for quite some time now.
Well, rats! I didn't see the fine print. Sorry. I Googled but didn't find any other retailers at all.
This is from the Univ of WI:
Candy Stick (PS140595 [BB]) - Breeder: R. Maxwell. Vendor: Seminis/Petoseed. Characteristics: peeler, Caropak maturity, smooth exterior color, excellent tops. Similar: Caropak. Adaptation: California. 1998.
I found this info on Seminis (the parent company).
Seminis doesn't put up with any bad seeds. Seminis is the world's largest developer, grower, and marketer of vegetable seeds. Some of its seeds are genetically engineered to be disease and insect resistant; some are plain old hybrids. The company sells vegetable and fruit seeds under primary brands Asgrow, Genecorp, Petoseed, Royal Sluis, and Seminis. Its customers include growers, dealers, distributors, and wholesalers in 155 countries worldwide.
Here's their address and phone numbers: Address: 1905 Lirio Avenue, Saticoy, California 93004-4206, U.S.A.
Telephone: (805) 647-1572
Toll Free: 800-927-4769
I'd give them a call and ask them where you can buy the seeds.
