i normally don't take alotta photos for the sake of taking photos...but i thought
this was pretty cute:)
UPDATE: Look whats growing in my cottage garden today:)
Your photos sure make me wish I could have my cats outdoors but we're on a busy street in the city. Years ago I had an outdoor cat who followed me around the garden as I worked. He was nice company.
i have had several cats killed on our street and it is not that trafficed....people just seem to think it is ok to run over an animal....so i totally understand.....but we have several out side and sometimes i wanna kill them as they lay in the center of the plant.....grrrrrrr
Love those cute cats!
Adorable! I let my cats out only when I am out there. They come in when I snap my fingers and say "treat". Last year a quail nested in my daylilies so I didn't let them out until the quail had moved on. One of my cats had watched the quails from the garage window and still goes straight out to the daylilies to "check it out" LOL! I have a cute photo of her there but can't find it now. : (
My cats are the indoor/outdoor kind, but they are restricted to the back yard only. The haven't figured out that if they tried really hard they could probably squeeze under the gate to the front yard and they are too big, heavy and old to jump/climb over the 8ft fences. They follow me all over the yard which I love, although sometimes they behave like caged lions - pacing from one gate to another. Just yesterday my DH and I were commenting on the lack of birds in our yard this year and we put it down to having gotten the cats recently. They are adoptees who used to have the run of an acre or more to play in.
yall...when people say that they hate cats i show them mine...they too are like dogs...follow you...come when called (most of the time) and other various dog like things....i just love them...AND they love my dogs...
this makes me laugh. My DH has never liked cats and has always vetoed us getting cats. Friends of his needed to find a new home for their cats and (very strangely) he volunteered us. Not knowing anything about them at all, the first time he saw one of the cats peeing on the grass and then taking enormous pains to cover it up he changed his mind about them. He's now the guy that feeds them, cuts their nails, grooms them.... you get the picture .... LOL
that is too funny:)
