Hi!
I am such a newbie. I bought some plant via the internet, and they came in 2 or 2-1/2" pots. How big can or should they get before I repot to the next size?
Some have huge leaves and some have tiny leaves. I have read that they like to be pot bound too. Is there any way to judge when they need to upsize?
When do I repot the babies?
The rule of thumb for potting your AV’s is that the pot size should be 1/3 the size of the plant diameter. A 6" plant in a 2" pot, a 9" plant in a 3" pot and a 12" plant in a 4" pot and so on.
