Swiss Chard and Mustard Greens
Yum!
How do you eat them? I am always looking for new ways to prepare them. Once I steamed some and used them as a pizza topping.

the chard needs to be boiled or use the young greens in a salad the mustard greens i boil to you can cut the large ribs off the chard and cook seprate to i add a bit of sea salt to the water
Looks like some basil there, too. We mix everything and steam. Add some radish leaves, carrot tops, parsley, anything green. Always comes out great. Just some sea salt, fresh gound pepper, and real butter.
When very young, makes great salad additions, raw.
Man, Mine are still only a few inches tall. Just starting to really warm up, here in the mile high city. I almost always boil quickly (forget the term, but like a flash boil) in water, a little vingar with some ham, or even hamhock if you got it. A little smoked bar-b-que, cornbread and beans- dang, I'm getting hungry!
