eggs?

I think these are gulf fritillary butterfly eggs. There is one cat on the plant right now, it's a passiflora 'Incense' vine. I have loads of passis this year to draw them in.

Those aren't Gulf Frit eggs...they look more like some type of stink bug eggs. I suggest you put the leaf into a container and keep an eye on them to see what hatches. Probably assassin bugs or other bad bugs!!!

This is a Gulf Frit egg...look for yellowish golden eggs that look like tiny ears of corn...they do not lay eggs in clusters...but might end up laying two or three eggs on one leaf if they deem that leaf will make good eatin' for the youngins' !!!
