5 out of five

Dripping Springs, TX(Zone 8b)

I bought 5 Plumeria cuttings off of ebay a few months ago and all 5 have leaves.4 i bought as a package deal and the other one I bought later it is some kind of dwarf variety. so Im asking is it common to have Plumeria do this but still not become plants.Usually when I am this proud of somthing reality sets in and what seems too good to be true is too good to be true.I will try to post a picure or two tomorow. any knowlege of this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't understand what you are asking... not plants? they have leaves so that is what they are supposed to do. Plumerias are trees, not bushes if that is what you are thinking.

I am surprised that all of them are growing.I usually expect a mortality rate of at least 50% at least.I recently rooted a mullberry tree and I only managed to root 1out of 8 cuttings.

LOL, Ted! I understand your skepticism. Most trees are difficult to root from cuttings. Plumerias are the exception. They are easy to root from cuttings, given the right conditions. Congrats on rooting all five trees!

Edited to fix spelling:-)
