Donating blood in two hours

I often get turned away for low iron counts... I had an arby's sandwich for lunch.. is there anything else I can do with two hours to go before my scheduled blood donation? (I volunteered in exchange for a huge discount at verizon wireless on some accessory purchases. I usually donate at work, well, when they'll let me.)
