These all have great root systems:
Hellebore- "Double Queen", "Metallic Blue Lady"
Japanese Forest Grass "All Gold"
Tropical Water Lilies-"Madame Ganna Walska" , "Maroon Beauty" , and would be happy top check for other varieties if interested.
Kniphofia "Traffic Lights"

Looking for nice named brugmansia I don't have, especially doubles. Or daylilies like Indian Giver and spiders. I really like purple daylilies.
