If you could pick just one of these...which one?

San Diego & San Fran, CA(Zone 10a)

OK so this guy contacted me about a trade yesterday night. I agreed to send him two passiflora he wants in exchage for two of his Brugs...but I am totally torn as to which ones. I can pick two. I think I definitely want the first one on the list but what do you guys think?

Phanomenal (triple pink)
Joli - dark pink
Kleine Lady - double white
Dorthea
engelsglockchen x Fleur Lilac seedlings
Angels Moonlight - double orange
New Orleans Lady - double orange
Pink Smitty
Sam
B. vulcaicola cv. 'Lila Rosa'
Arborea cv 'Ida' - seedlings from this plant
Northern Peaks
Miss Emily Mackenzie
Rosalla
Fleming Island Spider

See why I am not able to decide right?

I have MEM, Pink Smitty and Dorthea.

Love them! Pink Smitty is a dbl. Pink

Watertown, NY

B. vulcaicola cv. 'Lila Rosa' would be my choice, it is hard to get and hard to grow I suspect, but that would be my choice. I have many of the others so I guess that is why I made that choice.

It depends on what you already have and or want.

It must be one great passo for him to want to make such a good trade.

If your collection is good, offer more plants or cuttings and develop an ongoing swap.
It's good to have fellow gardeners with an active interest in making swaps that benefit the distribution of rare plants.

Yeah I was leaning toward Lila Rosa myself. The passions are antioquiensis and parritae. Out of curiosity, which ones on the list do you NOT have yet besides the Lila Rosa?

LOL Ellie. I have those 2 passionflowers. I wonder where you got them. LOL

San Diego & San Fran, CA(Zone 10a)

Yeah! That is where I got the mother plant from - I dont thik there is ay other source! Although I just imported a clone of a seed-grown Passiflora parritae (I guess the Germans got out to the Andes and found seed) so we'll see if he sweet talks me out of *that*...

OK I think I am gonna ask for Phanomenal and lila rosa. It is so hard to make a decision like that. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to help me. I'll let you kow how it turs out.

Sincerely,
Ellie

You are in california so I would guess you can grow the first 2. They are rare.

I would like to add that Fleming Island Spider is not released and should not be passed around.

The seedling parent of Fleming Island Spider doenst care if it is traded.

I can see the problem you face with decision making. He certainly is offering a nice list for you. *drool*

I know! And I'm not familiar enough with the Brug trade to know so it was VERY helpful to get all the input. Things have really changed from the last time I dealt in Brugs. Thanks everyone!
