We have a robin nest with 4 eggs. The female sits on the nest most of the time but the male has only been seen about 4 times in the last weeks. These eggs have been in the nest for about 3 weeks. Is it possible that these eggs will not hatch since the female has to leave the nest to find food and water for herself? If the eggs don't hatch, will she continue to sit on the eggs?
