I seem to want to plant everything symmetrical. If I plant something in one side of the bed, I feel the need to plant the same plant or a similar plant on the opposite side of the bed. And then I feel the need to put something in the dead center. Is this a bad garden design mistake? Or is it a sound practice? I don't know. Please help.
