scabiosa?

College Station, TX(Zone 8b)

I know this may be way too late in the season but, I would really like some more scabiosa. I lost all but 2 of mine in the rains here. I've redone my beds and put back in some of the original sandy soil to help with drainage (now watch drought set in?!!! lol) But I really miss my pretty little scabiosas. I have/had the blue ones but any that anyone has would be fine. I'd prefer live plants to seeds though if that's all I can get then I'll just pot them up for later in the summer. Check my list and I still have some gladiola bulbs. Let me know if anyone would be interested.

aunt anne..........i have sowed some yellow ones. they are tiny, tiny right now. but if you will get back in touch in a couple or 3 weeks i would be happy to send you some. i have never planted these from seed so don't know if they will be yellow or not.

That would be great, perhaps by then the floodwaters will have subsided. Thank you tons.

I also have seed if you would like them. I have deep red and I also bought a package of purple & white mix. I think they are actually supposed to be black/white combo. My seedlings did really well this spring so they should grow for you.
