not blooming? Does anybody know the lenggth of time for Cauiflower to bloom, the greens are huge but no flower? On that topic when is the best time to cut Romaine Lettuce?

Depends on the cultivar, It can go from 50 days from transplant to almost 90. MIne are just beginning to head, slightly ahead of this years broccoli. Montana is the earliest heading cultivar that I have grown to date.
