I actually had to start a new thread for this one because everybody's photos are so wonderful, I couldn't just post this under one of your threads without posting under the other 5 or 6 people's.
You ALL really should upload these to the new BugFiles. Really and truly. And then offer them to Butterflies and moths.org because theirs are so blurry you can hardly see the detail. I'm guessing they doen't have the harddrive space for clear pictures, but those cat and chrysalis pictures are absolutely fantastic!
I bought a book of Butterlies of North American Gardens and they only have the butterflies pictured in the book, but there is quite a bit of white space. I am half-thinking about taking your photos, printing them, and then pasting them in my book for a full color collage of all the phases of the butterflies.
Who knew the dog poop phase was shiny? Some of those photos are so clear you can count the dots and spines!

I love your idea, Suzy! I was also frustrated with the lack of pictures in my local books....I started to print my own too!
