My two year old changed my toolbars, help please??

Hi, I am not real computer savvy and was hoping someone could help me out.
My two year old put his little fingers somewhere on the keyboard and now the bottom tool bar is on the right side of my screen taking up room. I want to get it back on the bottom and cannot figure it out.
I have windows xp.
So the start button and boxes that say what sights I have running are listed vertically on the right instead of horizontally along the bottom of the screen.
Geesh, sorry to be so wordy, I am just dumbfounded as to how to fix it!
