Passion Vine and Sweet Peas

Ingleside, TX(Zone 9a)

I am new to gardening. In fact, I only started last mid-summer, so this is my first spring. I recently rescued, from a local store that I shall leave anonymous, a plant that I THOUGHT was Star Jasmine. Being a newbie, I took them at their word on the labeling! Turns out, I was so very wrong! When I began to get blooms, I was delighted..until I took a second look at the unopened buds. Anyway, while the vine and the blooms are beautiful, my question is this. I have a trellis on which I had already begun some Sweet Pea Vines. I planted the one Passion Vine in the center. Is this vine going to over-take my Sweet Peas and do them in? Should I move the Passion Vine to another trellis I have nearby? I have 6 of the Sweet Pea Vines. Have I totally messed up? Do these even compliment each other? Should vines be intermingled? I went to the plant files on the Passion Vine and saw some negative info that has me leery! Soooo.....
As you can see, I am a bit fretful! Any info, advice, and outright help will be much appreciated!

Do you know which Passiflora you have? There are a bunch of different kinds and they probably have different growth habits, etc. Also, which one are people saying bad things about in Plant Files? I don't remember seeing much in the way of negatives in any of the ones I've looked at, and where there were negatives it was things about it not coming back for someone after the winter, etc. Could be there's one species that's overly aggressive, but it's probably not one of the ones that's commonly sold, most of the popular varieties are pretty well behaved as far as I'm aware.
