May 25-27--Rendezvous 2007 at Brussel's Bonsai Nursery in Olive Branch, MS. Registration fee is $200 but includes a 2 for 1 special through 30 April. May 31-June 4 2007 The California Bonsai Society will hold its 50th Anniversary Convention at the Crowne Plaza Anaheim. Featuring Hiroshi Takeyama who is chair of the Nippon Bonsai Association. June 23, 2007: LABS 2007 hosted by Bonsai Society of Acadiana in Lafayette. Featured artist are Guy Guidry and Joe Day. Additionaly, Wade Latham, as well as Guy and Joe Day, have expressed interest to attend the event as vendors, so there will be a well-rounded supply of bonsai, material and supplies on had for purchase.
