Well, the rollercoaster ride is going again. Izzy got into "something". We don't know what. First we thought it was a leash, but we found the leash intact.
I am not going to even guess what it is. She was having frequent stools, very loose with mucus in them. The last time I had her out, she only passed mucus. She didn't eat much at all today, basically nibbling.
I called the vet, gave her extra water and some yogerts. Removed food to let her bowel rest, except the yogert. If not doing any better by morning, we have to go in to the vets.
It was this time last year we went through this and she had surgery May 19. She can't go through another surgery like that, I don't think her stomach or her intestines will handle it.
I would appreciate it if you could toss an extra prayer Izzys way. I will update when I can.
