Beautiful, Kyle.

Kyle, nice pic there. Mine has only produced two flowers so far. I'm still watching for more buds but nothing yet. I'll have to check again tomorrow.

I would love to know the passiflora vine I have. It does look identical to the one in the picture you posted above.

When I purchased the vine, the only identification on it was "passionvine".....I'm not complaining, it was purchased from a small, startup family nursery, just learning the ropes.

I planted it last year and it barely covered my trellis before the GF's got to it. Afterwards, I though the plant was a goner. This year....it has gone beserk! I saw the first GF BF laying eggs this morning so it won't look so wonderful for too long.

knolan,

It would be great to see a picture of your Passiflora, preferably both the flowers and the leaves. Based upon your limited description, I'll take a risk and guess that you actually have Passiflora 'Incense'. To my knowledge (and please don't anyone hesitate to correct me if I am mistaken!), P. 'Monika Fischer' is still not yet readily availble in garden centers.

Hopefully you will see lots of flowers this summer, despite the cats!

Erick...I'll post you a picture I took tonight (and it's kind of dark) and then I'll post a picture tomorrow. I have thought it was "Incense" for awhile. Please be the judge (althought you might not be able to tell until you have daylight pictures).

I meant to also say that some of the leaves are larger than my hands. I also have 'blue bouquet' passiflora and the leaves are very small. It's been planted for about 4 months and no blooms at all. Lady Margeret seems to be a blooming quite profusely but the growth isn't as robust,

What a beauty, Kyle!!
