VIctorian Mothers Day Swap Part 2

I hope you don't mind, but I thought it might be a good idea to start a Part 2 thread for the Mother's Day Swap. (I know some people have dial-up and it takes time to load a long thread.)

This is my Mother's Day Tribute:
I work at a school as a teacher assistant for students with special needs (which has similar job responsibilities as that of a teacher except lower pay). So ..... I have a different take on what being a mother is. Sometimes we are not only mothers to our own children but mothers to other children as well. This is one of my all time favorite stories. I hope you enjoy it!

I watched the little movie and cried through most of it. It was touching and gave me pause to think.

I got my seeds from the swap yesterday and WOW! Y'all did some serious decorating on the seed packets!!! Very, very nice! And I love all the seeds I got!!! They will be going into my garden beds over the next few days! Thanks so much to everyone for all the goodies! I also received a pretty hankie and some notecards from one or two of you sweet moms here! THANK YOU!!!

And a special THANKS to Sheran for hosting this swap! That was sooooo nice of YOU! I wish each and everyone of you a wonderful Mother's Day tomorrow! :-)

oh what a grand morning so far, lol. i got to sleep in today first time in years. i woke up to 5 smileing faces jumping on me wishing me a happy mother's day and to boot a boque of different colored tilliums,lol. got lots of hugs and kisses and told take the younger 2 out to play we got ya lily plants too but we forgot the shovel so dad and all 3 oldest when back to get more plants rotfl. said when we get home we'll clean the house to and later a cook out. man i never been spoiled so much, hehe.

i can't wait to see what all goodies they come back with,lol. i'll be out all day planting it looks like. oh and after we went out the youngest 2 were jeleous they didn't get me flowers so they went out and raided the tulip beds,lol.

Such a creative group of swapees! I opened the envelop today and just gleamed at all the pretties! Thank you all for the cute packages of seeds and the sweet treats of Mother's Day gifts!
