Ok....I've done some searching but still haven't found a good answer. I have a small green caterpillar on my brug, and it is inside the buds as well. It is killing the buds, which is making me very grumpy. It makes a hole in the buds and then eats both the leaves and the bud. Does anyone know what caterpillar this is? I am trying to attract butterflies so if it is something good I will let it be. But if it isn't, then it is getting the'treatment'....lol. Any ideas?
Thanks, Kim

I'm trying a biological pesticide called Thuricide, witch is Bt-Kurstaki. It's only been applied a few days so I don't know if it's working yet. Got it from Planet Natural. www.planetnatural.com It's interesting - all sorts of natural solutions for gardening. Everything from worm castings, rock wool, hydroponic systems, to grow lights. How fun and how easy to spend. Much more fun than a Nordstrom Charge Card.

Thanks! However, I would like to ID the cat first so I am not killing something that I want to keep around the yard.
Does it look anything like this? http://davesgarden.com/forums/fp.php?pid=2641431
