I saw these last year on my Willow (Salix caroliniana) but never found out anything. So here they are again this year! These little "boxes" are all over the tree...on the ends. When I peel the boxes apart there is a tiny greenish/yellow cat inside. I tried to take a picture but he's so tiny you can't really make anything out. Maybe someone has seen these things?
