Voodoo Magic

I know these were shown and discussed on another thread, but I couldn't remember which one. This cultivar topped my must-have list for 2006. My first bud opened today, and boy what a beauty! Even my DD who "only likes Gator Pride", likes this one!

Very nice indeed, I just got a "Black VooDoo" and waiting to see the first flowers.

Black Voodoo? I haven't heard of that one, though I'd love to see a pic! I've got Voodoo Magic & Voodoo Queen. It's ALL about the voodoo of flowers :-) I love New Orleans too, I suppose that probably adds to it...

It came from Martindale nursery in Fla.

Black Voodoo looks very pretty indeed; please post a pic as soon as yours blooms. I've never ordered from them before, but have their site bookmarked as they have a lot of cultivars I'm currently coveting. Was your experience positive? I've had real mixed experiences in ordering, so I'm a bit gun-shy. I have two sellers I purchase from 99% of the time. I did break loose and buy the Voodoo Magic from Stokes though, cuz I HAD to have it though, lol!

Now if you say Martindale's is good to buy from, you're going to make me spend more money!!! Probably lots more money....Oh well, who needs utilities paid anyway ;-)

the plants were about 16 inches tall and full of leaves and most had buds on them.I had a very positive experience.
