The sears guy just left, and my ice maker works again! YAY, but I have a problem.
I have about a gallon and a half of Roasted Tomato Sauce http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/544594
That is partially thawed, I don't want to refreeze it, don't want to throw it away, so thought I'd ask for advice, tell me what you throw in to make your favorite sauce please!

I've not made my own sauce for several years, it was never a written down recipe.... I always called my mom and got a run down of the spices to use.... my mom is gone, so I don't have anyone to call to ask what I need to throw in the pot anymore. :(
