Had my Gizzie Girl in the vet for an awful cold. Found out she also had tapeworms, probably caused by a ingested flea. All my cats are indoor girls but do have access to our 2nd story deck. My vets suspects that the others probably have tapeworms also.
Please understand that I want to do best for my 6 girls.
In order to to get meds for flea control (Advantage) and tapeworms, the vet must see each cat.....total vet bill (including meds) would run about $150 each.....ugh. Money that I really don't have right now.
Can somebody help me out with a suggestion for flea and tapeworm control that I can buy "over the counter"?
