Maggie's Herb Farm Spring Festival Will have GINGERS!
Maggie's was awesome!! Dora bought Maggie's a few months ago and is doing some nice changes to the place and keeping the things that need to remain, so it's really coming along nicely. Dora does some really kewl ceramics. Go out there and check it out. Dora and I are also trying to put together something during the summer, for kids and adults as well. I'll keep you updated as to the progress of any future events.

Maggie's is west of St. Augustine, by the St. John's river. Dora is actually having a fall plant sale this weekend. James Steele from 'The Herb Garden' http://steelesherbgarden.com will be there, Linda Cunningham with her beautiful pressed flower artwork, books etc., there will be soaps and all kinds of goodies, of course all different kinds of ginger, several edibles as well as ones people grow for ornamental purposes.
I am including a link to Maggie's Herb Farm, her site has the address as well as driving instructions to her place.
If you have any questions I can also try and help just email me

Liz, sorry I didn't see this until today. I'm thinking, west of St Augustine on the river, would that be on SR 13? I haven't been on that section of the road in years. Usually cross over in Green Cove and head north on 13 to Jax. I do go to St Augustine often by 207, will take a deture up 13 and look for Maggie's next time. I did see a herb garden in Melrose maybe a decade back. Glad to hear it's still there.
