Leggy Leafs Why?

I have looked for what is wrong with my AV couldn't find anything in the sticky I just tryed to see if I put pea gravel if it would be any better They do have flower's and it is all from the biger plant even the leaves are long and leggy it is just the one plant OR is that the kind it is long and leggy

I would be afraid that pea gravel will make the soil around the base/crown hold way too much water and cause rot! I'm not sure why the plant is leggy ... maybe just the type of AV? Hopefully some of the pro's will see this and have some advice for you, but I really think you should get that gravel out of there.

Normally, legginess is a sign of not enough light, I do believe. The plant is trying to stretch out to reach more light. I'll look it up, but off the top of my head, that's what I'd guess.

I would think that if they need more moisture, you would want to use the pebbles in a container at the bottom of the plant...I agree with both lin and Amy.....too much moisture around the crown and too little light.....do i know this for a fact??? heavens no....just a guess

This is the only plant that is this way the smaller one are from leafs that I started I have about 6 more of the same plant as with the gravel I just did that Sunday to see what would happen there is 3 with aand 3 with out Most of my AV face east 1 or 2 face West maybe this is what the plant looks like. It could all be right and it also have Blossum you have to look very hard but it is there
