Just wondering if anybody uses fish emulsion for fertilizing? If so how much do you use and how often?

How about fish emulsion?
I do use fish emulsion at the concentration recommended on the bottle. But, I rotate my fertilizers - this is an easy way to avoid inadvertently depriving the plants of a particular trace mineral etc. The fish is just one of many that I use.
At one point I foliar-fed with fish, but I've long since dropped that in favor of the even more "odorless" seaweed fertilizer.
