Ornamental Grasses

Cave Spring, GA(Zone 7a)

This fall I'm going to have about 3 trades each of Pennesetum "Black Mouldry' and Carex Muskingumensis. Would anyone like to trade? I like all kinds of perennials and grasses. Linda

Hi ornamental grass lovers!
Maybe I should ask this question elsewhere but here goes:

I am a newbie and love grasses. I live in zone 6. My DH
brought me 3 packets of seeds from Canada. They are penstemon barbatus, spartina pectinata, and andropogon gerardii. Can I plant these seeds outdoors NOW or should I wait til spring? HELP!!! I am clueless.
Thanks for any guidance...
