bad timing....kittens and fleas...what to do?

hey ya'll, my cat just had two kittens......and i just noticed all three of them have fleas. what can i do? any suggestions? mom usually gets baths w/ flea shampoo and hartz onespot treatment, but don't know since the kittens are feeding from her right now. thanks - jon
