Local source for Phygelius?

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a local source for Phygelius(Cape Fuchsia)? My aunt bought a gorgeous 'Purple Prince' at her Lowes in Texas but our stores don't have them(not available to order in our area according to them.) We are thinking about shipping one from Texas but wanted to make sure I couldn't find one locally first.
