Just a quicky here to get this started. Pepper should be here any time to pick up the grill for the MO DG RU. AllysGram is sitting at the park holding the shelter for us. I have about 20# of chicken leg quarters in the oven on 250* so it won't take so long for them to finish on the grill. The van is packed I think. I don't have to be at work until 4 this afternoon.
It is suppose to be in the 70s today. I hope so. I think this is the last April RU for us because of weather. We just can't seem to rely on it this early in the spring. We set this date to steer clear of school events at the end of the year but that didn't help either. I know there is no such thing as a perfect date when everyone can get to a RU. What is so discouraging is the lack of participation by DGers who live in Sedalia, Smithon, etc. and go to Sedalia all the time anyway. I do wish more would participate.
