Has anyone grown this? What kind of conditions does it need?

Marie, its relatively easy to grow, blooms in flushes and smells like frosting when it blooms, the blooms tend to hide under the leaves though.

Does anyone know the cold hardiness of this one? I would really like to be able to plant it in the ground as opposed to a pot where I seem to always kill the intended habitant.

I know it will die at 25F or around there.
