I just had a bright idea! My mom has a Mexican/ Texas olive tree (not sure if there is a difference?) and I was searching the local nurseries for it with no luck. Can I root a cutting? If so, does anyone know how I should do it?

Rooting Mexican/Texas Olive tree
Hello Shortstuff, rather than go into a lengthy explanation, I will say that yes, you can root
it, here is a link to a good site telling you all about it.
Good luck with your project and let us know how it works out.

Josephine.
In case you decide to purchase one, I bought mine from Top Tropicals. I searched high and low for one two years ago and couldn't find a nursery in Texas with a mailable one.
