How do plant exchanges work. Does everyone put there plants in a pile, then every one takes turns picking out of the pile.

People put their plants into their car trunks or truck and then walk around the parking lot swapping. At this one a lot of folks bring wagons and carts with their plants on them and walk around.
It's a good idea to make a sign on poster board, what you have to ttade and the plants that you are looking for.
