Broccoli Cheese for baked potatoes

The local dollars for scholars is having a different sort of fund raiser this Saturday. They are doing a baked potato bar. We are in charge of bringing the broccoli cheese sauce. Other than just putting velveeta and frozen broccoli in a crockpot, I have realized that I don't know how to make this.

Can you help?
