Okay folks, I love hummas and even tho we have a Vita-Mix to really chop them chick peas up into puree I've never quite come up with a good blend of flavors. Does anyone out there make their own, and end up with some good flavorful (don't forget the garlic!) hummas? (I've also been using canned chick peas cuz I get them on sale alot...there seems to be no difference in taste compared to cooking my own raw peas.) Any help out there? How about from your way Dimitri!!? I KNOW ya'll must eat your share of it!
