I've never had garlic before. Last year the garlic was put in a place that I don't want it to be because of this years garden plan. It's up, and some of the plants have multiple stems coming out. Can I move it to a different section of the garden? Can I separate out the plants to grow for the remainder of the season? Thanks for your help.
