What am I????

I got this hanging plant last night at walmarts...I don't know what the name of her is, but i just have to have her as she is beautiful....the leaves are varigated, mainly on the outside..they are cream and then a green.....

It looks to me like it could be a trailiing Peperomia. Are the leaves a little on the thick side?

Yes Joanne they are thick and have like a waxy feel to them..I guess i am gonna have to go look this up..i sure hope it flowers.... :o)

Hi Char,

I don't believe these do flower. Sorry....maybe someone can shed more light on it....I have a couple miniatures and they have never flowered for me.

I guess i will just be happy with having a lovely plant.. I paid $6.97 for it at wal-mart and well it was the last one they had and i was just about to leave the plant section of the store and my eye caught that plant, it was in one of those plant buggies that are flat and have like two separate shelves, well it had a couple other ones i was not interested in and I waited there for like 5 min and no one came over to it, so i went over and very quickly snatched it and high tailed it outta there on the other side of the store where my hubby was. I told him what i did on the way home and he just said, I should be ashamed..i said for what, it's not like i stole it...i paid for it and it's mine now.

I am sure I am not the only one that has done something like this.... c'mon you all confess, tell me i am not the only one.

Well if there was nobody around and I wanted it I would have done the same thing....who is to say that it wasn't a clerk that put it there...LOL!!!

that plant should be very easy to propagate too.

Have to admit I would also have done the same - so don't feel bad about it! At least you waited to see if anyone would come back to the cart! I haven't had the best luck with peperomias. Your plant is gorgeous - I hope it does well for you.
