Weight Loss Challange April 21 - 28th

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

Ok, so I'm early this week. But Kris, Cindy, and Shad are suppose to be here by 9 or so tomorrow morning so I probably won't have time then.

My eating has been good today anyway. I did eat about 10 pieces of tator tots, okra, and catfish during supper hour at the cafe' tonight. We had abut 105 customers. The special was mini meatloaves. They are always very popular. I was fortunate to get one to bring home for my supper. This morning(I think it was this morning I was on my way down again by a pound). I did get the 64 oz or more of water down today with no problem. It has been better the past couple days. Cindy has requested my sausage english monkey. So I have cooked the sausage already and will do the rest of the dish in the morning when they get here. We'll have orange juice too.

Yesterday was my receptionist day at the food bank. Another volunteer came in and relieved me at about 11:30 so I could go to the PG Volunteer Award banquet that started at 3. I brought clean clothes with me and changed in the bridal changing room up there. . We each had a name tag and put it into the little paper bag on our table. Then all the bags were collected and one name drawn from each bag and announced. The winner got to take the table docoration home with them. The table decorations were hypertuffa pots with sea shells and other pretties on the outside and planted with lovely sping plants. Most had some kind of pretty lettuce in them. I didn't get one but that is ok because I got one the last time I went. It wasn't hypertuffa but was a pretty centerpiece. The dinner was very good ravioli of some kind with what I think might have been a white cheese sauce of some kind on the plate. There were a few veggies too and a lovely woven basket of salad. The bread for the dinner was homemade rolls baked in clay pots. The bread was a mix of dark rye and white bread. So yummy. I ate too much of that. The spread was whipped and tasted like real butter. I ate too much of that on the rolls too. Dessert was phyllo baked in muffin pans with a pineapple cool whip mixture in it and a blackberry on top. I got to see some volunteers I use to work with who now work on different days so we don't see each other any more.

I must get to bed. Mornings come early nowadays. GOD bless and keep each of you.
